Dodge is bringing back one of its most storied badges at exactly the right moment. As the Charger marks its 60th anniversary, the 2027 Dodge Charger Super Bee Launch Edition arrives as the most track-focused version of the twin-turbo SIXPACK era — and the most serious Super Bee the brand has ever built. Bigger Garrett turbos, standard 16-inch Brembos, forged 20-inch wheels on sticky summer rubber, and a cooling system rebuilt from the fascia back all point to the same mission: a muscle car that can go the distance instead of chasing a single hero run. It’s a limited-production model, and Dodge is holding pricing and ordering details until later this year.

Dodge saved some of the Super Bee’s best details for the cabin. Launch Edition models introduce the first cloth high-back performance seats offered in the modern Charger, pairing aggressive bolstering with a look pulled straight from the car’s track-focused mission.

The seatbacks aren’t just for show. Headrests carry an embroidered version of the new turbo-spooled Super Bee logo, while Citrus Peel “tilt” pattern inserts break up the cloth with a race-inspired graphic that no other SIXPACK Charger gets.

Contrast Silver and Sour Lemon stitching runs through the seats and ties the whole cabin together. It’s a small detail that does a lot of work, adding energy without tipping the interior into costume territory.

A new leather performance steering wheel, exclusive to Super Bee, anchors the driver experience. A Citrus Peel 12 o’clock marker sits at the top, giving drivers a quick visual reference when the corners start coming fast.

The wheel also houses the Super Bee’s most fun button. A dedicated RWD switch — marked with the silhouette of the Charger SIXPACK — sends 100% of available torque to the rear wheels on demand, and larger paddle shifters sit within easy reach from both the top and bottom of the rim.

Ahead of the passenger, a Super Bee instrument panel badge with the Bee logo confirms this isn’t a standard Charger. Dual-contrast stitching carries the Silver and Sour Lemon theme across the instrument panel, door panels, shifter boot and other key touchpoints.

The Charger Super Bee Launch Edition wears its performance mission in plain sight. Dodge designers worked alongside engineers from the first sketch, shaping a package that doesn’t just look meaner — it works harder to support the additional horsepower.

Leading the charge is an all-new Super Bee fascia. The reworked front end features a unique headlamp configuration, a Fratzog grille badge finished in Dark Neutral Gray, and a refined, stretched metal grille texture designed to maximize airflow.

Those larger grille openings are functional, not decorative. Air pulls through the top, mail slot, bottom and dedicated side ducts, feeding the cooling system, front brakes and auxiliary coolers hiding in the outboard corners.

The payoff is measurable. The high-flow fascia increases airflow to the main stack by 30% while improving downforce by more than 100 pounds at 150 mph — a rare case of cooling and aero pulling in the same direction.
