Aston Martin Lagonda today announces the appointment of Andreas Bareis as President and CEO, Aston Martin The Americas, effective 1 July 2026.

Bareis brings significant international automotive experience to the role and a strong track record within Aston Martin. Having held senior leadership roles at Mercedes-Benz, Lotus and McLaren Automotive, Bareis joined Aston Martin in 2022. In his role as Regional President, Europe, the region achieved over 30% growth in wholesales in 2023. In 2025 Andreas was promoted to the role of Global Commercial Director in an intense period of new product introductions and first customer deliveries of key models, including the groundbreaking Valhalla hybrid supercar.

Reporting to Chief Commercial Officer, Andrea Baldi, Bareis will be responsible for leading Aston Martin’s commercial operations across the Americas – traditionally the company’s largest region by sales volume – with a focus on strengthening network performance, enhancing the customer experience and overseeing the continued growth of the brand.
