With the 2026 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge (IMPC) season entering its final stretch, Hyundai Motor America heads to VIRginia International Raceway (VIR) with the TCR Championship firmly in focus. Following a double-podium finish at Road America, Hyundai entries are poised to enter the Virginia Is For Racing Lovers Grand Prix leading the Manufacturers’ Championship and the Drivers’ Championship standings.

The No. 76 Hyundai Elantra N TCR of Preston Brown and Denis Dupont arrives at VIR following the entry’s victory at Road America. The Bryan Herta Autosport (BHA) duo advanced from fifth on the grid to claim Hyundai’s fourth win of the season, strengthening their position in the championship battle heading into the series’ final rounds.

Championship leaders Mason Filippi and Bryson Morris return in the No. 33 Hope on Wheels Hyundai Elantra N TCR after adding another podium finish to their resume at Road America. The duo has been a consistent presence at the front of the field throughout the season and will seek to continue that performance at VIR as the fight for the TCR title continues.

The No. 18 Hyundai Elantra N TCR of Harry Gottsacker and Lance Bergstein also heads to VIR looking to build on a strong points finish at Road America.
