Milton Keynes – Volkswagen is once again giving people the chance to spend quality time with its hugely successful Tiguan SUV, thanks to a 24-hour test drive offer that lasts until Sunday 18 October.

The offer is a repeat of Volkswagen’s hugely successful 24-hour test drive campaign in January and February this year, when more than 2,000 people across the UK enjoyed assessing the Tiguan’s qualities for an entire day. It gives drivers and families the chance to experience the Tiguan beyond a traditional test drive, helping them to explore how the popular mid-sized SUV performs on school runs, commuting journeys, weekend activities and family adventures. By spending a full day with the vehicle, customers can assess its comfort, practicality, technology and versatility in situations that matter most to them.

The 24-hour test drives are available across the entire Tiguan range, subject to vehicle availability and driver eligibility. Customers can arrange test drives through their local Volkswagen Retailer or via the Volkswagen website, where full terms and conditions are available.

Designed for modern family life

The latest-generation Tiguan continues to be one of the most compelling SUVs in the Volkswagen line-up. Built on Volkswagen’s advanced MQB evo platform, it combines premium-quality design, efficient powertrains and a host of innovative technologies.

Inside, the Tiguan offers generous luggage space of up to 652 litres – a figure which leaps to 1,650 litres when the rear seats are folded down – while its airy, refined cabin and intuitive controls make every journey enjoyable. Advanced assistance systems and cutting-edge connectivity features further enhance convenience and reassurance behind the wheel.

Luggage space in plug-in hybrid versions of the vehicle is a useful 490 and 1,486 litres, and their batteries have ranges of up to 75 miles (WLTP combined), making them suitable for electric-only driving for most motorists.

The Tiguan’s appeal is reflected in its enduring popularity. More than 7.5 million examples have been sold worldwide since the nameplate was introduced in 2007, making it Volkswagen’s current best-seller globally. In the UK, the Tiguan remains a familiar and trusted choice for families and business users alike.
