DENZA, the premium technology-oriented automotive brand of the BYD Group, announces pricing for the Z supercar.
The debut of the DENZA Z Coupe and Racing variants at the Goodwood Festival of Speed complete the Z family, joining the Spider that was revealed at Auto China 2026 in Beijing.
All variants offer a triple-motor configuration – one mounted on the front axle, two at the rear – for a total output of 1604PS. This enables a 0-62mph time of 2.25 seconds in the Coupe, 2.3 seconds in the Spider, and as little as 1.96 seconds in the Racing, when equipped with optional semi-slick tyres. In this configuration, the Racing is capable of a maximum speed of 217mph.
This impressive powertrain technology is backed up by equally generous standard equipment inside. All versions are equipped with multi-themed intelligent ambient lighting that reacts to the car’s modes, a digital rear-view mirror, soft-closing doors, an 8.88-inch digital instrument panel for the driver and a 12.8-inch infotainment system. This features Google Built-in, which includes Google Maps, Google Assistant and access to the Google Play Store. French Hi-Fi specialist Devialet has equipped the Z with a theatre-grade audio system, with 12 speakers in the Coupe and Racing, and 10 speakers for the Spider.
The Z is being offered in a choice of 10 exterior colours, 10 interior colours, plus four brake caliper finishes. The Spider’s roof can be specified in a selection of colours.
UK orders will open in line with the opening of DENZA’s first retailer sites in late summer, with customer handovers commencing in late 2026.
