Mopar is marking 90 years in business with its fourth full Dodge Charger treatment since 2011, and this one leans hard into carbon fiber and factory-backed muscle. The Mopar ’27 Dodge Charger, announced Oct. 27, pairs Direct Connection performance parts with serialized badging and a hard cap of 270 units split across three colors.

Buyers can order the package on either the 420-horsepower Charger R/T or the 550-horsepower Charger Scat Pack Plus, with pricing set at $10,995 regardless of which model it’s bolted to. Dealer orders open in early January 2027, with production starting that spring. The car gets its public debut at the Mopar NHRA Las Vegas Nationals Oct. 30-Nov. 1, then moves to Mopar’s new SEMA Show booth (59119, West Hall) Nov. 3-6 in Las Vegas.

The $10,995 package adds a Direct Connection carbon-fiber front splitter, a carbon-fiber hood with a functional scoop, a cold-air intake, and a carbon-fiber rear spoiler. Each car gets unique bodyside and hood graphics, a serialized Mopar ’27 / Mopar 90th anniversary plaque mounted under the hood on the radiator closeout panel, and a matching interior badge on the dashboard.

Every buyer also receives an owner kit with a personalized certificate of authenticity bearing the car’s serialized build number, plus a custom rendering of the vehicle produced by Mopar’s design team.

The Mopar ’27 Charger R/T starts with the standard 2027 Charger R/T’s 420-horsepower, 3.0-liter twin-turbo SIXPACK inline-six, running through standard all-wheel drive with an on-demand rear-wheel-drive mode. Dodge quotes a 4.6-second 0-60 mph run and a 12.9-second quarter-mile.

Step up to the Scat Pack Plus and the same 3.0-liter SIXPACK gets fully forged internals and larger 54mm Garrett twin-turbos with an upgraded charge air cooler, pushing output to 550 horsepower. That version also bundles leather performance seats, 20-by-11-inch wheels, a Carbon and Suede Package, and a Blacktop Package as the most heavily equipped Mopar ’27 configuration Dodge builds. Performance improves to 3.9 seconds to 60 mph and a 12.2-second quarter-mile. Both configurations carry the same $10,995 MSRP for the package itself.

Mopar is building exactly 270 Mopar ’27 Chargers, split evenly at 90 units each in Bludicrous, Diamond Black, and White Knuckle, a direct nod to the brand’s 90th anniversary. Allocation splits 243 units for the U.S. and 27 for Canada.

The Charger joins a run of factory-built Mopar specials going back to the Mopar ’10 Challenger, with past entries covering the Charger, Challenger, 300, Dart, Durango, Ram, and Gladiator. This marks the fourth time the Charger specifically has received the full Mopar treatment, following editions in 2011, 2015, and 2023.

Mopar’s SEMA presence won’t be limited to the anniversary Charger. The booth will also show a Moparized Ram 1500 Rumble Bee built with Direct Connection parts targeting more than 600 horsepower, and a Direct Connection-modified Ram 1500 Rumble Bee SRT running a larger 3.0-liter supercharger aimed at over 900 horsepower. Buyers looking to push their own Mopar ’27 Charger further can also order a high-performance cat-back exhaust, a performance suspension spring kit, and 21-by-11-inch Brass Monkey wheels separately through Dodge performance dealers, none of which are included in the $10,995 package price.
