KGM Motors UK, formerly SsangYong, is proud to celebrate five years of partnership with Station Garage Torphins, marking an important milestone for one of the brand’s award-winning Scottish dealer partners.

Station Garage joined the network as a SsangYong dealer five years ago and has since supported the brand through a major period of change, including the transition to KGM, the expansion of the model line-up and the introduction of new technology-led vehicles.

The Torphins business itself, situated on Craigour Road, Banchory, Aberdeenshire, has a much longer heritage, having first opened on 29 May 1979 under founders Bob Shepherd and Adrian McGregor. More than 40 years later, Station Garage remains a trusted part of the local community, supporting customers with their 4×4 vehicle expertise, including new and used vehicle sales, MOTs, bodywork, servicing, repairs, and specialist diagnostic work.

The award-winning Musso pick-up range has become a particular success story for Station Garage, proving popular with loyal customers while also attracting new drivers to the dealership. Its combination of towing strength, durability and everyday usability has helped strengthen the dealership’s position as a trusted destination for customers looking for capable pick-ups and 4x4s.

Over the past five years, Station Garage’s commitment to customer service, sales performance and aftersales care has been recognised with several major achievements. The dealership has been named KGM UK Dealer of the Year for three consecutive years, alongside receiving national awards for both Sales and Aftersales.
