Acura at Watkins Glen International

• Acura is the reigning winners of the Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen at Watkins Glen International, with the #60 Acura Meyer Shank Racing pair of Tom Blomqvist and Colin Braun taking victory in the 2025 edition of the race.
• Acura has achieved seven previous wins in IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship competition at Watkins Glen, including a 1-2 finish for the Wayne Taylor Racing with Andretti and Meyer Shank Racing ARX-05s in 2022.
• This year Acura will field two hybrid-powered Acura ARX-06 machines with Acura Meyer Shank Racing.
• The #60 will be piloted by last year’s winners, Blomqvist and Braun, while the #93 will be driven by full-season drivers Renger van der Zande and Nick Yelloly, as well as Honda Racing Corporation-backed Japanese ace Kaku Ohta.
• Ohta raced with the #93 team at Daytona earlier this season, as well as competing in three races—including Watkins Glen—in 2025.
• The Japanese driver competes full time in both the Super Formula and Super GT championships with Honda. Currently, he leads the Super Formula championship title fight with Docomo Team Dandelion Racing, sweeping the both races of the opening weekend of the championship.• All four full-season Acura MSR drivers have notched impressive finishes at WGI, with Braun earning five podium finishes (2018, 2021×2, 2022, 2023) as well as the win in 2014 and last year; van der Zande scored back-to-back wins in 2015 and 2016, as well as three further podiums (2021, 2022, 2024); Blomqvist with two podiums (2022, 2023) and the 2025 victory, and Yelloly with a victory in 2023.
• The #93 team is a race winner already this season, taking victory in the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach.
