Jameel Motors, the UK distributor of Farizon, has appointed Andrew Grigor as its new Head of Aftersales to support the brand’s continued growth. Grigor will lead Farizon’s aftersales operations, with a focus on maintaining high levels of service delivery across the brand’s nine dealers as it continues to expand its network.
Reporting directly to Calum James, General Manager of Farizon Auto UK, Grigor will use his extensive experience in commercial vehicle aftersales to bolster Farizon’s nationwide service offering, having spent 11 years at DAF Trucks UK. During this time, Grigor held several senior positions spanning fleet sales, business services and aftersales operations, and most recently served as Aftersales Services Manager.
Grigor commented: ‘Joining Farizon at such an exciting stage in the brand’s growth is a fantastic opportunity. The business has ambitious plans for the UK market, and I look forward to working with the team to develop the brand’s aftersales footprint and ensure customers receive the highest level of support throughout their ownership journey.’
Calum James added: ‘Andrew joins Farizon Auto UK at an important stage in our development as we continue to grow our model line-up and our UK retail and service footprint. He brings extensive experience in aftersales operations, service delivery and partner management, which will be invaluable as we strengthen our national support offering for customers.’
Farizon offers a growing range of electric commercial vehicles, including the SV large van and the recently launched V7E medium-sized van. Both models deliver a compelling blend of class-leading cargo carrying practicality, real-world range and performance, and optimum driver comfort and convenience.
The Farizon SV was a 2026 International Van of the Year finalist and recently won Trade Van Driver Awards for ‘Best Technical Innovation’ and ‘Best Large Zero Emission Van’. Farizon also recently secured its first major UK fleet order with McFarlane Telfer (MCFT), specialists in the maintenance and supply of commercial kitchen equipment. The company placed an order for 20 SV vans to support its team of Service Engineers.
