The Jeep® brand marks 85 years in Canada with a larger-than-life celebration on the Detroit River in Windsor, Ontario, floating a 12-metre-high (40-foot) by 11-metre-wide (37-foot) rubber duck at the base of the Great Canadian Flag, directly across from Stellantis Canada’s headquarters. The playful tribute to Jeep Ducking culture brought the community together with music, giveaways and a showcase of current and classic Jeep vehicles, including a 1943 World War II-era Willys MB and a Windsor-built 1968 M38A1 Canadian Willys Jeep.

The event also coincided with the recent launch of the Jeep brand’s new national bilingual marketing and advertising campaign, ‘Anyone Who Gets It,’ which invites Canadians to ‘join the club’ and builds on the brand’s legendary spirit of freedom, adventure and capability. As Jeep celebrates 85 years in Canada, it continues to honour the passionate community and unmistakable culture that have helped make it an icon of off-road leadership and adventure.
